Shan holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Laws (LL.M) awarded by the College of Law NSW and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) awarded by the University of Western Sydney. In addition, Shan holds tertiary qualifications in Banking, Marketing, Project Management and Migration Law.

Shan’s prior experience as a banker and marketer, diverse life experiences and having worked in management capacity for well respected, brands such as, HSBC, American Express and Standard Chartered Bank has contributed to his successful transition as a lawyer.

Shan currently practices in Corporate, Commercial, Employment and Administrative law and is committed to advocating for clients rights, and doing his best, in every matter.

Being a migrant who has firsthand experience with the migration process, of leaving your country behind, and finding your feet in a new country, has put me in a special place to come along-side our clients who wish to take the same journey of migrating to Australia.
